long shutter speed. someone probably put it there and took it back while shooting

also if you look closer you can spot a wallet, a phone, and something else.....

from what i've seen the car had 50mm over fender + 50mm flares = 100mm of fender and his wheels still rubbed the insides

the flares arnt that big.. more like 30mm or so.. i know cuz i was the one who put them on the car... it didnt realy rub in the rear... the front did (couldnt go full lock without it doing so)

rears rubbed. i will take pics. It rubbed on the 1/4 panel where it was cut and molded back together...
