I don't know why, but everytime the pen that I've been using for a month runs out of ink, I feel somewhat satisfied/accompished...

^you come to our closing company to sign papers, we steelz your monies, and then disburse the money to the proper mortgage companies, realtors, pay your random bills, send deeds/trusts to get recorded in the county, etc.
in a nut shell, the sellers/buyers/refinancers come to our office to handle any disputes at the table and close the deal.

geez george you need to get in the game......any legal document needs a middle man thats un-bias to push everything through. Id give you my business amy but my bro works with a title company that has a branch in chantilly and im getting the hook up on paper pushing fees
george if you are looking to buy i can refer you to a good realtor that works mclean, tysons, fairfax and those areas really well. She is helping me out here in manassas which isnt her territory. id offer up my bro as well (mortgage broker) but he isnt licensed in va so he could only offer some tips and such.

you forgot about the awesome coffee service too! i luv showing up for closing and the title company ppl makes you feel like you actually matter! then you sign everything and they want your azz out!
