nevarrrrr. i bought my vert from a shady ass dealership in west bmore. god i was scared to death. lol but all worked out so far. especially when im about to pay for the car and a lady comes runnin in and is like i bought my car from you last week and theres oil and coolant everywhere. i was like o f@#k me. i did a hella detailed search tho. he didnt know what a compression test was but now he does. you can work w/ small ships better tho . like i got mine for 700 less than the sticker price and were talkin bout a 2k dollar car. lol
i told you, the bolt for the tensioner broke, that was the tensioner for the alt belt. belt came loose, stopped charging car, car died. took 20 min to fix. the funny thing was turbo todds 240 had to be push started after sitting on the side of the road while we were helping rappa dan. but dans started right up. not bad. luckly dans car died right after the exit for carmax so we quickly ran bk and got tools. the mechanic next to dan had pulled the motor on an S4. one of the turbos was missing all the impellers on the front of the turbo haha. i can get dan to post a pic, i didn't feel like snapping one. yea, so then ian drifted todds 240 around the carmax u-turn.
sooooo I'm tired of using my ashtray as a cup holder.. i remember back in the day having cup holders that slid in the window anyone know who might sell those still?
ya turka, the alternator tensioner bolt somehow broke,me not knowing until my charge light came on, pulled over saw that the belt was loose, called my bros and they came to the rescue!!!
