I purchased this exhaust and it is being shipped from Japan I just wanted to know if any of you have heard about it or have had one before....
One more thing to point out...Not that it is of much importance being that we live in america but It's A Jasma certified exhaust(Japanese Automobile Sport Muffler Association)
what is legal in one state, may not be legal in another. Anything other than OEM style is considered illegal here.
Dude The Hks legal is an actual exhaust system I am not asking wheather the an Hks exhaust system is legal or not lol

well, what makes the an exhaust legal is that it has to be oem spec which means that it has to appear stock, pass emissions and inspection, and be no louder than a certain decibel level. I got pulled over with a stock s13 exhaust with 1 foot of straight pipe out the end to replace a shot muffler and was accused of aftermarket/illegal hollowed out track exhaust. Even if you think it looks stock, nova cops might still give you shit. Although the laws are one thing, a cop will pull you over at his own discretion. Usually, cops will use exhaust as a reason to pull you over to then see if you have any underage posession of illegal things i.e. weed or alcohol!

happened to me. The cop not only used the exhaust as a reason to pull me over, but the stock wing on my sti which he claimed illegal!
The name of the HKS exhaust he purchased is called "Legal".... Don't know if you guys got that yet. haha
