well its not "Legal" either way
Well of course It's not Legal either way but if you look at the link I posted of the exhaust it looks pretty similar to a stock exhaust system.
I definately Have less chances of getting pulled over with this exhaust opposed to having the Apex'i N1 on a N/A Ka motor
someone else say legal...its funny
its still 3.5 inches wide. you should run open headers.
legal. teehee

There is no legal exhaust in VA. As stated before, the best you can do is trick the local PD with a stock 'looking' exhaust.
The exhaust on my FD is stamped JASMA CERTIFIED, and they (local PO) don't give a shit, nor does that mean anything to them.

We talked about this issue at least 5 times already.
The cops interpret the law to mean OEM. The law doesn't actually require OEM. Just something "equivalent" to OEM would be fine.
But if it's not stamped with Nissan it's illegal in their ticket book.
Hell even Nismo stuff is illegal.
