A commercial sale is a licensed business entity that solicits products and/or services. Most of the time there is an established facility and line of communication (website, phone #, business e-mail). The reason for not allowing commercial sales is because using this site would be a free medium for advertising and in the past there was a major scamming event that I don't want to see again.
What you're offering in my opinion is what I consider "freelance work" and it's no different than Victor offering welding services.
For now, I have no problem with this.
