I got my engine wired up. I didnt complete the install like lines ect so I knew the wiring was right first. the only thing that isnt working right is the fuel pump, I think. First question.
Will I hear the fuel pump "primming" if there isnt any fuel in the tank?
I tested the relay and it has power to all the wires except the black/yellow one which is the fuel pump power wire. I replaced the relay with 3 others and still does not work. I dont understand it. So I would like to just wire it up to a switch. How could I eliminate the ecu wire from the relay and power the relay in general?
I was thinking of just putting a switch in the ground wire and then running the ecu wire part of the relay to the battery? Would that be correct? I know the fuel pump is good btw.
