Backwards entry has a lot to do with camber angle in the front. I'm not sure exactly if more or less is better, since the more static camber you have in a 240, the flatter the outside wheel is during a drift, but I'm not sure if that reverses somehow when you're talking over 90 degrees, but it basically involves being able to make it so the front has less grip than the rear while drifting, so in a situation of an backwards entry, the rear of the car slows down more than the front, while the front keeps sliding and eventually overtakes the rear of the car again.
Throttle control obviously makes a huge difference because you can effectively control the amount of grip the rear has by controlling the amount of wheelspin, but the front having a low amount of grip is a important factor.
Still, I wish people would try to drift faster rather than have more angle. I think it's cooler.
