I know I havent been around here too long but Im starting to do freelance web development. All my work that I have done was for the Marine Corp, so it doesnt really show much. I am able to do graphic design(not too well, can do layouts for sites, best if provided with logo), Programming with VB.Net, ASP.Net, CSS, JavaScript.

You're best off advertising by word of mouth or a site (or forum) that allows you to express your services and portfolio.

been doing it by word of mouth haha, just started doing this. I was telling my Sgt about getting a second job so he said just to do freelance work you will prob be better off. So, I brought it here for now so I can do work with something that interests me.
