kouki todd, that would be me! this is the first time i ever get spotted

good deal, this is the first time ive ever gotten a solid answer back on this thread, so win win.

Spotted 2 240s at nova manassas campus. One was clean as shit with a body kit and kouki tails. Other was lowered and had 2 different sets of wheels on it? Both were red and I believe both were boosted.

spotted black kouki a while back around the fairfax circle, had exhaust was wondering if he's on the forums.

What: Red S13 Hatch

Details: The car had a HUGE "wing" on the back. I've never seen that on an S13 hatch. The car had a lot of stickers on it too. Looked like it had stock wheels. Driver was a dude and he was merging onto the P.W.Pkwy from I-95.
