red sti hatch, i flashed you

Oh nice i did see you but I wasnt sure who it was or why they were flashing their lights at me haha. I looked for cops up ahead....saw none....then proceeded to think it was somebody on here haha...guess I was right.

What: Black S14 Kouki

Details: The S14 did not have a front bumper but I could see the intercooler and pipes so it was boosted and it had some kind of aftermarket bodykit. The car was headed east on Route 3 toward King George from Fredericksburg. It was spotted near the Wal-Mart in Washington Square shopping plaza. Dude driving and no passenger.
