Anyone interested in meeting/drifting/auto-xing at Maryland International Raceway starting March 4?

We're starting it up just like Clubloose's events at Englishtown. My name is Jason, I own Brandjay Fabrication in Mechanicsville, MD. I have approval to get started from the track owner, Royce Miller, we just have to smooth out the details. Anyway, to make this happen, I need ANYONE who's interested to contact me asap so I can let the track officials know we have a decent crowd coming. All rear wheel drive cars welcome, prefer no open diffs on the track (except for autocross). Autocross events will most likely be run in tandem with drift events, depending on turnout. hey i live about 20 min from MIR and have been into drifting since late 04 and have contacted them about doing drifting events on a pretty continual base since then and have nothing good said in return.. in fact nothing ever .. lol so if you know him personally this might help our cause.. i know about 30ppl that would do events at MIR if they were reasonably priced .. i can get a list signed by all of them if thats what the track owner wants.. i have a feeling that if we dont wanna do parking lot drifting we have to get approval to use the oval at potomac raceway i think they used to call it .. w/e the oval track is there. my cell is 443 486 2107 and i am the president of a drift club of a few dozen just drifting members so if you would like to colaborate w/ me on this i would love to do that..

well ods isnt doing events anymore lol ..so mannassass is off the list.. we lose venues and pick up venues.. this season is looking good about 2 events a month .. the more the bettter.

i want somewhere close to umd but i guess i reckon i will have to travel to these places which blowsss

hey mav' ill get you some practice in before the event if youd like...

I'm interested in this events happening. Is there going to be one every first Wednesday of every month like Englishtown has it for every last Wednesday of the month. I can get some people to do these events. I go to the Drift events at Summit called Drift nirvana. Just need a fliers to hand out and let everyone know about the events you have set.
