we are using it for offenders of rule violations. as if you were to make a for sale thread with out pictures or a price. i've had several occasions where ppl would post with no pictures, i'd delete the thread and before i could pm them, they made another.
it also gives ppl an idea of if they have made issues with the forum. perhaps something racist or offensive was said. it can lead to temp or perm banning.
but i take it as a tracking system of problems.
